Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: All sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Sessions are conducted virtually (Zoom or when needed Google Meet if Zoom services are down). This service is mentorship and reflection-based and does not replace flight instruction or ground school. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full reschedule or credit. Cancellations within the 24 hour period to your booking are non-refundable. No-shows are considered a completed session and are non-refundable. Waitlist Policy If no sessions are available, you may join a waitlist. Waitlisted clients are contacted in order if new slots open.
